Aaron Turchin, Esq.

Personal Injury & Employment Attorney

After more than 28 years practicing law, Aaron Turchin knows how personal injury cases are evaluated, defended and resolved. He has represented injured clients in matters ranging from simple negligence claims to complex disputes involving multiple parties, disputed liability and significant damages.

Earlier in his career, Turchin worked with large companies and insurance carriers. That experience informs his work today because he understands how defendants assess risk and where they are likely to push back.  He knows what needs to be developed before a case can move forward to a meaningful result.

Turchin does not treat cases as interchangeable. At the start of a case, he looks closely at the facts and the client’s goals, and he balances that with the practical realities of the claims. As the case develops, he appropriately adjusts the strategy when needed because some cases require pressure early, while others require patience and discovery, which is central to how he practices.

Clients value his directness and his willingness to push. He is aggressive when the case calls for it, especially when a defendant or insurer fails to recognize the harm done or undervalues what the client has been through.

Turchin grew up in a family of attorneys, surrounded by conversations about cases and the law. He attended Vassar College, where he developed the analytical and writing skills that still inform his practice. In law school, he worked for the Brooklyn Public Defender’s Office and second-chaired two trials as a first-year student. He later worked for the California Attorney General’s Office, researching and drafting appellate briefs in criminal matters and arguing before the Court of Appeal before becoming a licensed attorney.

Those early courtroom experiences stayed with him. Turchin chose personal injury law because it is client-driven, trial-focused and rooted in real consequences for real people.

Turchin is licensed to practice law in the State of California. CA Bar: 181545.
